I contracted with this company because they were local to the market where my vehicle was going to be picked up. I accepted their quote- right from the beginning. No haggling. Unfortunately, Jon Genereux never lived up to his word. By the time the deadline came, he had no offers from any drivers to pickup our car. Traveling is stressful enough, we don't need people complicating our lives and adding to the stress by misrepresenting their ability to deliver on the service. Never again for me with this company. Buyer beware!
