If you are new to needing a vehicle transported, Save yourself A LOT of headaches and DO NOT choose Stateway. I am a respected, long time business professional in my community and in all my 49 years I have NEVER dealt with a company with worse customer service. They are easy to contact when needing a quote, but after that it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone there. Even after dozens of calls and voicemails left on their recorder, you will NEVER hear back from them. There were several other companies I spoke to but due to Stateway's website and perceived reputation they portray online, I chose them. They obviously PAY FOR those positive reviews so don't be fooled by that, companies do it regularly now days. I will know better next time I need a vehicle transport.
