Provided incorrect address to trucking company

This whole ordeal was a disaster. I made arrangements in Aug for two cars to be picked up in Oct for delivery to AZ specific dates we were available. The day to pickup was incorrect. We told Stateway Transport that we needed to have picked up no later than 9 am on 10/22. The trucking company who did the move has been very helpful. We found out that Stateway Transport is just a broker and do not own trucks. The trucking company was given an incorrect pickup address by Stateway and once we figured out what was going on, we met the driver and he loaded the cars one hour before we had to leave to catch a flight. The driver of the trucking company has been very helpful during this process. Today I received a call that the cars would be in Phoenix for delivery Sunday afternoon. After many calls with the trucking company, Stateway Transport had provided an incorrect delivery location. They had used our correct street address for the pickup location but the wrong city. Now we find out they used our same pickup street address as the delivery address in the city of Phoenix. On the order we listed our city which is approximately 120 miles south of Phoenix. We are now going to have to make arrangements for someone to drive us to Phoenix to meet the trucker at a truck stop in Phoenix to take possession of our cars.

Never again would I use StateWay Transportation nor would I ever recommend to anyone.
