I was very satisfied with the service (Stateway Auto Serice) provided. Thank you.

If I were to make any comment at all, it would be that a delivery date of November, 24th was initially given. At the beginning of this week I realised that November, 24th was actually the Thanksgiving holiday.

I thus calledthe local agent here in Portland and they said they would prefer not to have to deliver on Thanksgiving which I considered to be understandable. However, they agreed to if I wanted. They delivered the vehicle the next day, Tuesday, November 22nd and all went well.

The vehicle had arrived in Portland on Monday November, 21st which I only found about because I called the agent about the holiday. This is not a complaint but constructive feedback, as requested by Stateway on their website to help to further improve their service.

Most people are eager to receive their car as soon as possible. A phone call to me, as soon as the car reached Portland, to ask me if I would like to have my car earlier, would have been a bonus.

I would also like to mention that I could only make the arrangements for the shipping of my car from my old home in Germany. When I made the reservation I was not actually in The US, and this made me a little worried at first. A frienldy staff member from Stateway Auto Transportation called Eric assured everything would work out fine. It did. He helped me a lot and took me through the process step by step. He was great. If I ever needed to ship a car again, I would only use Stateway Auto Transportation and would not hesitiate to recommend them to other prospective customers. I also did research and found their prices to be very competitive so I know I did not pay a higher price than was reasonable. The price I paid was actually somewhat lower than some of the offers I received.

Otherwise I was very satisfied. Thank you to Stateway Auto and I hope these comments will help them to further improve your service.
