I was very satisfied with the service. I actually had to cancel the first pick up date and re-schedule it to a later date. That was not a problem with this company, they were very accomadating. Their communication was excellent. The truck was picked up a day later but that wasn't the drivers fault, the seller wasn't available that day. The driver called me the day after it was picked up and said he could deliver that night at 7:00 PM which was fine with me. I didn't expect delivery for 2 or 3 more days so I was pleasantly surprised. I met the driver at a local parking lot because his rig was pretty big for my street, and it worked out great. It turned out his company was local so he knew the area. I've shipped a few cars in the past and this was one of the smoother experiences I've had. Overall a very hassle free shipment. Stateway does use other carriers if they don't have a truck in the area of the pick up, which I wasn't aware of. Their website claims they use their own trucks and there's no middle man, but the company that delivered my vehicle was USA transport which I was aware of upfront. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
