Incredible Service and Honest!!!

Incredible Service

I filled out a form online and received a bunch of email quotes from all sorts of carriers and all were about the same cost. I contacted several of them but most of them were rude and not able to transport a 27 foot travel trailer. Most of them were still asking me if the unit was running? The unit doe not run it’s a travel trailer. It was frustrating. I contacted Spot On expecting the same result but when greeted by Scott I received a warm and friendly welcome. He is an honest person doing a great service. Prompt, responsive and friendly is how I describe him. I also spoke with Derita Clayton and she was also friendly, nice and very helpful. Scott secured Greg’s trailer transfer service and again I was nervous because I have read the horror stories of incompetent people that do not show up or pick up on time. I am in California and the pick up is in Iowa. I am totally relying on Scott and now Greg to come through and show up on time and pick up my trailer in Iowa from the dealer and bring it to me in California. Much to my surprise I got an email from the trailer dealer telling me the trailer was picked up with no problem, and the trailer was on its way. Scott said the trailer would be here on Wednesday morning. We contacted Greg and he said he would be here Wednesday morning. I show up to the specified location at 7am so that I would be available when Greg showed up and Greg is already there waiting for me. He arrived 10 minutes before me. Greg was friendly and nice. I could not believe that it was such a smooth operation. It is great to see that in this country you can still trust people to do the right thing. Thank you Scott and thank you Greg.

I totally agree with you on customer service in this country. I do believe it has slipped a bit over the years, but it will never slip at the company. I really appreciate your business and your review! Look forward to doing business with you again in the future!!
