When I called Spot On Auto, a live person, Brian, answered the phone. He also directly answered the phone on several additional calls I made to the company, great customer service, always available and professional. I was then quoted a reasonable price for an enclosed transport to Connecticut and within a short period of time, my classic AMX was picked up and on the way. The car was delivered a day early and had no damage. Transport company, Berk Trucking Corp., and driver, Osmand, were both outstanding. If I ever have to transport another vehicle, I will call Spot On Auto again without hesitation.
