If you respect your time, your drivers, and your business -- stay far away from this company.
We had a confirmed pickup scheduled and the driver traveled hours to the pickup location. At the very last moment, they canceled the order without any responsibility, compensation, or clear communication.
Jake, the supposed "agent" handling the order, is extremely unprofessional.
He avoids calls, only texts, refuses to give real updates, and disappears when things go wrong.
When I requested clarification and tried to call him directly, he blocked me instead of speaking like a professional.
This company clearly does not respect drivers or customers.
They will double-book your load, lie about communication, and cancel once they find a cheaper driver or another broker. They take no accountability for the time, mileage, and cost that drivers waste traveling to pickup.
The way they conduct business is dishonest and unreliable.
Their "5-star reviews" are not real -- because no serious carrier or dispatcher who has actually worked with them would ever leave such feedback.

Car was assigned to our company yesterday and it should be picked up today and i talked in the morning and they said . everything is okay but now almost my driver reach the pick up location, they are canceling. Even they didn't call me for canceling, they just texted and canceled. Service requested 05.11.2025
