Dear Ivy, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in the shipment of your car. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you. As per our system, driver broke down during transportation and he had to go to the repair shop to fix his truck. Our shipping agent was keeping you updated. Unfortunately, there are some things that can’t be foreseen. As we can see now, the car was delivered safe and sound without any issues. We rely on your understating!
