I worked with Kevin Alston on my recent car transport from CO to TN. I've transported a lot of cars over the years so I am familiar with the process, tho this was my first time using "enclosed" transport so I had many questions and concerns. He was so patient and nice to work with, really helped me have trust in their ability to get my car to me in the perfect condition it was in. He reached oyt to me by phone instead of bombarding with text and email messages (like 15-20 other brokers did, arghh), which was great because I was in my car, and again, he took time to build rapport and answer questions. The driver showed up for pickup and drop off at the promised times... great experience, would totally recommend Kevin and Sonic! I will contact him again and use Sonic again if I need another car moved.
