John went out of his way to help me to get my non-running car, stuck in a parking lot shipped from Washington to Wisconsin. I had previously set up a shipment with another shipper who didn’t communicate anything after my initial payment with them. John contacted me after he saw no movement on my vehicle and really helps to ensure I had a great experience. The communication and professionalism was amazing and I will use and suggest sonic for anyone who needs to move a car
