I was traveling 300 miles away from home when my vehicle broke down and I needed to get it towed from Massachusetts to Delaware. After signing with 2 other transportation companies, which ultimately just told me anything I wanted to hear just to sign a contract and get 'hooked' for 10 days - I spoke with Sabrina at Smart Talk Transport. She was transparent, friendly, and diligent in finding a driver to transport my vehicle. She contacted me through text and phone several times throughout the day to give me updates and also made sure to get pictures from the driver so that I felt assured that everything was going as said.
Even after the transport, Sabrina followed up to ensure that everything went well and that I was happy. I wish I had booked with Sabrina and Smart Talk Transport sooner.
My Advice: Skip the rest of shady transport companies and go directly to Smart Talk Transport and ask for Sabrina!
