Carlo was great at arranging the transportation of my prius. The transportation driver was totally unprofessional. He screamed and argued with me because he could not keep his timeline for drop off. Carlo was great, made things better after a bad transportation driver. I will use Carlo to transport my vehicle. But i will make sure that this transportation driver is not used.
