We completed a vehicle transport for this broker but experienced an excessive payment delay of more than 4.5 months. Despite multiple follow-ups and providing all required documentation, payment was not released in a timely manner. We nearly had to initiate a lien process on the customer’s vehicle title to recover the funds.
