Contracted ShipLux to transport my customized 2006 Pontiac Solstice from Illinois to Nevada, after researching several transport companies. ( that can be exhausting ) Marcos was my contact person. He did a great job answering all my concerns and always responded, friendly, courteously and promptly whenever I contacted him. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and the Solstice is my pride and joy, ( next to my wife ) so naturally I was a bit nervous. There was only one issue. The pick-up date was delayed by a day but in my case it didn't make a big difference. ( have to admit though, I was a little freaked out at the time ) Marcos got everything back on track. Car was picked up next day. Driver was super! Nice young man friendly and most importantly treated my car with the utmost of care on both ends. My car arrived on schedule in perfect condition with no complaints. I highly recommend and give ShipLux a 5 star rating.
