I cannot say enough good things about Ship-a-Car Direct and my rep, Wade. I booked well in advance to move my car cross-country, before most of the pandemic restrictions were lifted and everyone who could not move in 2020 decided to relocate at the same time. With rates rising and transporters scarce, Wade kept me fully informed and advised me when it was time to pull the trigger to avoid the highest rates. My car left on-time and actually arrived a day earlier than promised.
