I am extremely pleased with Ship A Car Direct handling the shipment of my Lexus Car from San Diego to Cupertino. It was indeed a seamless experience right from the initial inquiry, the quote, to the communication to clarify doubts, the assignment of a carrier and delivery of the vehicle. The online videos were very informative and helped understand the whole process. A special word of appreciation for Ms. Lauren, the Customer Representative who guided me through the whole process and arranged the pickup and delivery. She was indeed very courteous and pleasing to work with accommodating my tight timelines as I was returning back from overseas. The carrier too transported and delivered the vehicles without much of a follow up. Thank you Mr. Hibbard. Overall a very satisfying experience !!!
