Very transparent and professional but not prompt

My driver was extremely professional and honest. He would call me or I would call him and we would talk honestly about his status and how he was progressing. He was also very flexible with me in regards to pick up and drop off arrangements. However, he was delayed in both pickup and drop off. Road conditions were mostly responsibility but I wish he/the company did not book him with so many transports. Having so many cars to deliver even the best intentioned driver will disappoint when road conditions are prohibitive. I imagine road conditions are often prohibitive so there should be more room for making up time instead of loading the truck/driver to capacity.

Thanks for the positive feedback, Max! Sorry that carrier trucks have to be full for cross country transports - for the price point, it would not be cost effective to only transport a couple of cars across the country at a time. And you are right: weather and/or road construction issues are out of our control, unfortunately. Cross country transports take 7-10 business days on average unless the weather interferes. Sorry for the inconvenience!
