Tom was a true pro to work with. After initial conversation, but prior to booking, he followed up with some very informative emails. The short videos were very helpful. Great idea. After booking, he remained in contact with all pertinent info and followed up a couple days after delivery. My vehicle was picked up as scheduled however, delivery was 6 hours late getting to drop-off point. No damage to vehicle during transit. I would surely use this agency again.
