My overall experience working with Gaby at Ship A Car Direct was very good. Gaby answered every email and phone call promptly and made sure the details were taken care of. The issues came when the carrier, In Gods Hands LLC, gave me a pick up window from 4-6pm and didn't show until 9pm. They also had the truck parked in a turn lane on a 4 lane busy street where we had to sign the paperwork and do the vehicle inspection..

Nonetheless, I would use this service again knowing more about the process and how these companies do business.
