Very good customer service. The only downfall of my experience was the car wasn't dropped off at the address we originally agreed on. The carrier told me when he picked up the car he wouldn't take it to my desired destination. I was able to make arrangements to have it picked up at the new destination. My car arrived safe and sound and that's what's important! Good experience and I'd use this company again.
