From the very first phone call inquiring into shipping my car across the country, the customer service was high quality, clear, and much appreciated. I was apprehensive at first, but Matt was very helpful (and funny) in answering all my questions and guiding me in the right direction. Even though I needed the car shipped over the Christmas holiday - which can be a challenging time to schedule - Matt was able to hook me up and the car got to its destination right on schedule. After my car's arrival i received a call confirming that everything arrived safely and on time, and asking if I was satisfied with the job. I was, and I highly recommend the company and plan to use them again.
