I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Ship-a-car-Direct. The entire process worked exactly as advertised and there were no surprises with fees or costs along the way. Their website is very professionally done and really helped answer a number of my initial questions about the process of shipping an automobile across the country. The carrier they selected was very professional, keeping me informed of their progress along the route and expected time of delivery. On delivery, they were friendly, courteous and professional. They had my car secured and covered in the enclosed hauler so that there was no possibility of damage. The paperwork was minimal and took just a few minutes to complete.
