This was our first car transport and we had no knowledge of procedure/handling. Emily was outstanding in both knowledge and handling. We became very nervous when we had not heard from a carrier for pick-up. Emily was very confident and assured us that this was normal and our car would get picked up. She was correct. Through no fault of hers, the pick-up was delayed a day because the carrier truck needed repairs. However, the gentlemen who picked it up were courteous, apologetic and very professional and delivery to Florida was on time. Would/Will definitely use again!

Thanks for your 5 star feedback! It's a good point: auto transporting is unlike other services that you can reserve in advance - timing and estimates can be nerve-wracking when you expect precision scheduling!
