The broker David was very considerate and understanding. He kept me up to date on when to expect the carrier to contact me. The car was delivered in excellent shape and nothing was missing. Overall, I liked my experience with Ship-A-Car-Direct. The only issue I had, which was not Ship-A-Car-Direct's fault, was a miscommunication with the carrier where they thought they had a 2 day window to pick up my car but I definitely needed it picked up on a particular day. The carrier charged me an extra $50 for the driver to come get the car.

Thanks for your feedback, Sue! Sorry that we can't guarantee exact, one specific date only for pick-up - for standard pricing we have to recommend having a window of few days for carrier availability (no matter how much notice you give).
