Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Rodney and his team at Safe-Direct Car Shipping. I contacted a few shipping companies for quotes, but I got the best feeling and pricing with Safe-Direct. I also liked that Rodney was based out of Los Angeles and was very easy to speak to over the phone. My (brand) new Civic was shipped from Ohio to California in 5 days. My biggest challenge was speaking to the driver, as he was Mongolian and did not speak English very well. The dispatch was OSSO Corporation. As I said, speaking with the driver was challenging and frustrating. It was hard to locate him, give him direction, or engage over the phone due to the language barrier and the background noise of highway driving. It took a few calls to determine if he would be picking up my car on the estimated pick up date, however he did arrive (a few hours late). Although, once he did arrive to drop off my car in Los Angeles, he was much easier to communicate with in-person and was very nice. Any troubles I had, I just contacted Rodney and his team at Safe-Direct and they would assist in the communication process with the driver.

My car was delivered with the same amount of miles it left with and the driver never moved the car while en-route. It had rained along the way and of course there were dead bugs on the car since it was open carrier, so it just needed washed.

I paid $1125 for the shipment.
