We used Safe Direct before with good results so wanted to use them again. Their quote was higher than some others but they did lower it for us since we were willing to wait. After almost a week of waiting they called us and we had to raise our price to get a pickup. Safe Direct had the driver contact us directly which was very helpful. Evidently the driver got stiffed before our pickup which made him later than he thought and made for a later delivery, but it all worked out fine in the end since we were not in a time critical situation. The driver was very friendly and thorough. He made notes on the condition of the car, delivered it on time and in the original condition.

Thanks for your great feedback, Horace! You bring up a good point about pricing - while we are always happy to try for a bargain, there has to be a driver willing to work for a reduced rate too. Unfortunately that isn't always the case, so we can't always get a cut rate. Thanks for your patience anyway!
