The service was great overall and my car was picked up and arrived on time.
The car arrived a little dirty, but that was probably due to some rains encountered (nothing too abnormal). The same driver brought my car all the way, and kept me updated when the car was closer to getting delivered. He even gave me an option of times when I could pick up the vehicle.

I reduced one point on the rating, since I found it difficult to get hold of the customer service at times, and I had to call back to enquire about the rebate they had offered at the time I signed up for the service.

Thank you for your feedback, Krishna! You bring up a good point - cars do often arrive dirty/dusty, even if the weather is pretty good.
