Chris at Safe Direct was professional and up-front about possible delays regarding picking up the car due to its out of the way location. As it turned it out, the car was picked up two days after the order was placed and delivered within three days from Washington State to New York State. I was expecting a week or longer. The guys who delivered the car were also very nice and professional. Chris followed up throughout the entire process. I would use this company again if I had to transport a car or truck.
