From pick up to delivery, my partner and I could not be more pleased with Safe-Direct! I cannot over-emphasize how worried Arturo was about his car and this whole process of someone else transporting his car over a long distance. He was so nervous about the prospect of this that he could not objectively handle setting up the details of the move himself and left the details up to me.
After some exhaustive research, I made the final decision to go with Safe-Direct to get this shipment completed. Once the decision had been made, within 24 hours Safe-Direct had provided me with a shipping company and a completed price that was very reasonable. The contracted company contacted me immediately and finalized all of the pick-up details. When the driver arrived, he went over how the process would work and completed a detailed inspection of the vehicle with me. He asked me a lot of questions about where and how it needed to be delivered, so he could confirm that his details were correct, rather than just assuming that what he had was accurate. What a true professional. He was not rushing the process, he was making sure "all of the "t"s were crossed, and all of the "I"s were dotted!
Before he left the pick up point he gave me a window of time for the delivery and reconfirmed Arturo's telephone number and delivery address in Boise, Idaho. Again, no rushing, and a true attention to detail.
As for delivery, my partner Arturo said the following: "Kevin (the driver) arrived a full day early and called me to see if it would be OK to deliver my car, but that it would be fine to wait until the following day to schedule delivery as planned originally. I said it would be OK to deliver it early. When he arrived to deliver my car, he was very warm and friendly and talked about the trip from Phoenix as he unloaded my Carolla from the trailer. He did not appear to be in a hurry and was very careful as he removed all of the straps, chains and other connections that secured my car to the trailer. Once he had my car off of the trailer he did a walk-around with me and we inspected the car together. It was in perfect condition (I really baby my car, yes, I'm talking waxing with a cloth diaper and everything). Kevin was wonderful and I could not be happier with the result of this move. I did not want to drive for three days and this worked out even better than I had hoped.

I think That sums it up pretty well. Would I use this company again? Absolutely!
