I was very busy and pressed for time and didn't have time to deal with a lot of logisitics of shipping our car. I also was traveling out of the country with work a lot and had to have friends on both shipping and delivery side to take care of the car. My friends both said it was effortless and smooth. Safe-Direct was also good at keeping everyone updated on pick-up, delivery and etc. They provided short and helpful videoclips that I found very informative about the whole process - it was the first time I've shipped a car so it was a bit overwhelming at first but the videoclips put me at ease. I would definitely recommend Safe-Direct to others. In fact, I just recommended them to a friend who needs to ship his car from Boston to the South.
