Good experience with SafeDirectCar shipping. David was helpful in getting the car booked and we had good contact. The carrier, CAA Transport was great, too. My son ended up wanting a different pick-up date and David and CAA were very accommodating in making that change happen. The driver SJ was excellent with his updates and contacts with me. The pick-up here in Connecticut was about 20 miles from our town, but since we are very rural, it was not an unreasonable destination and we were very familiar with the pick-up location on our end. The only negative was an increase from the original quote of a $100 to attract a carrier. I would have rather had the firm real number to begin with rather then an excuse to increase the quote. That seemed like a bit of a ploy since customers who need the service at a certain time are really between a rock and a hard place!
