Safe-Direct Car Shipping was terrific. When I first called about shipping my car cross-country, Chris answered the phone after the first ring, gave me a reasonable quote, and provided lots of information about the process. Chris promptly answered my emails and other phone calls. When the car was ready to be picked up, he called to make sure everything was going okay and recommended that I take pictures and video the car before it shipped. Although the shipping company was a couple days late in picking the car up, the car arrived on time and was unscratched. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better contact person than Chris.
