Overall Experience with SafeDirect

I can't say enough positive things about this company and the shipper. After researching and contacting multiple vendors, SafeDirect was the only one that was not only Better Business Bureau accredited, but one with an A rating. It should be A+. The other vendors appeared more like desparate sales people, rather than a service that was interested in disclosing facts, educating the customer and allowing the customer to make the decision on who would earn their business.

During my research, I found a wide range of price quotes. SafeDirect was extremely competitive with what I had been quoted.

My contact was Chris Spencer and he was very thorough and knowledgeable, with excellent communication and customer service skills. He kept me updated in an appropriately timely fashion with specific details of pick up date/time, shipper information and scheduled delivery times. I was so impressed.

My car arrived within 5 days of pick up, transported from California to North Carolina and arrived right at the time I was quoted. The drivers were couteous, professional and prompt. My car arrived in the condition in which it left.

I highly recommend SafeDirect! (Ask for Chris Spencer!)
