I originally booked transport with Angels Moving Autos... and waited, and waited and waited for them to pick up my car. 2 weeks after my car was supposed to have arrived in Texas, I started looking for another broker and decided to go with Safe-Direct Car Shipping.

Their communication was good. Tom explained the business and how they start with one price, and if no carriers take the job at that price, they have to try a higher price in order to find a carrier. (Angels Moving Autos had failed to tell me any of this information.) Tom started with a price that was only slightly higher than the one that Angels had posted, and within one day, had found a carrier. (Universal Transport, I believe.)

The carrier was EXCELLENT. He communicated well ahead of time before the pick-up and delivery dates, and arrived on time. (For the delivery he even got my car to Texas 1 day early.)

While my car arrived dirty (he'd driven through some major rain storms), that was no problem at all... I was just so glad to finally have my car, and dirt is easy to wash off! Thank you to Safe-Direct and Universal Transport!
