I arranged for my car to be shipped from San Diego, CA to Raleigh, NC in late July, 2012, and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end.

My car was picked up promptly and Tom at Safe Direct immediately notified me of its pick-up (I was already on the East Coast at that time) and sent me the contact number of the dispatcher. Over the 10 days or so it took to arrive, I was able to call in to get an update every 2-3 days on the status of my car. It arrived as promised and only slightly dirty, as can be expected. Would go with Safe Direct again.
