We needed to transport our new car from California to Connecticut on short notice. The information provided on Safe-Direct Car Shipping's website, and specifically Jason by phone, was comprehensive and we became very comfortable with the process. What was so terrific was that Safe-Direct indeed provided "direct service" on one truck- no terminals - just as we had wanted. The company carrier selected was excellent - timely, professional and always followed-up on the status of pick-up and delivery. The crew went coast-to-coast in less than 3 days and took great care of our car. We searched many carrier websites before finding Safe-Direct, but the others just didn't feel right. The next time we need a car carrier, we'll go with Safe -Direct without any hesitation.
