David from Safe-Direct was very helpful in keeping me updated about the status of my order. His willingness to creatively think about how to transport my difficult (and very large) car led to a great experience. Once we were able to secure a carrier (which took a little longer than expected due to my car type), everything went very smoothly. The car arrived in great shape and on-time! They offered the best prices based on my research and service was very responsive. Despite actual shipping challenges, everything went very well.
