This being the first time I used a car transport company, I narrowed down my choice to those who are BBB accredited, and with A ratings. Three companies met these standards and I spoke with all of them but I went with Safe Direct because I immediately felt comfortable talking with Chris. He took his time answering my questions and guided me through the entire process. He never dropped the ball and was very pro-active especially when 5 days have passed and no carrier has taken the assignment (it was practically a coast-to-coast drive). Chris immediately called me and helped me find a solution. Everything went smoothly from that point on. The carrier picked up and delivered earlier than scheduled. Though he didn't have to, Chris got in touch with me after the car was delivered just to check if everything was okay. I expected good service from Safe Direct but with Chris, my expectations were exceeded. Price is competitive as well.
