We needed to transport two (2) cars from Staten Island, NY to Sugar Land, TX. Tom at Safe-Direct was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He even e-mailed very helpful information about the whole transporting process and what to expect. Everything went very smoothly with coordinating available dates for pick-up and delivery. The only complaint I could have is that the carrier was scheduled pick up at 12pm and we had to wait till 4pm. Besides that and their losing one license plate, our experience with Safe-Direct was excellent. I would definitely recommend their service for anyone who needs their cars transported across country. Total charge was $1,900 - very reasonable. Great company to deal with - no hidden fees!
