I hired this company to ship my 2 vehicles from California to Florida. They requested a deposit of $300 via cash app and scheduled a day for the cars to be picked up 6 days later. The day of pick up came and went. They stated that the truck had broken down. Days came and went, and they still had no truck available. I ended up having to hire another company that had no issues shipping my vehicles. I requested a refund as they were the ones that could not fulfill what they were hired for. Only to be told that there were no refunds. No statement was ever made verbal or on the written contract and receipt. After my husband called repeatedly, they offered a $50 refund. This is beyond unethical, and they cancelled on us. They still till the date have not refunded any monies. This is a total scam! There was never a "truck". DO NOT TRUST THEM!
