My vehicle was picked up late and when they did arrive to pick it up left because I have a Thule luggage carrier. The driver came back late at night the body shop where it was located stayed open late to give them my car. When my care finally arrived there was a broken key and a chunk missing from my luggage carrier. I tried to contact then with the number I was given and the person answered S and B later i discovered that the number was the drivers cell and he was portraying being a dispatcher.What a joke these people are. They did $500 worth of damage and instead of trying to help all they do is blame me, stating I am trying to get some free money. The facts are they needed a key o remove it for transport and did not have one so they broke it to get it off. I sincerely hope if you need a transport done you will chose another company. Worst experience ever, way to take advantage of the disabled.
