The first company I hired never showed up to pick up my car. I started searching for another company with no time left before my flight the following day. Ellen responded by calling me from Same Day Pickup as soon as I posted online. She understood the situation immediately, got the details of what, when, and where I needed to ship, and with a couple of phone calls a few hours later, had everything arranged. The car was picked up with no problem and delivered promptly. The price was fair and Ellen was extremely professional and competent throughout. I can strongly recommend this company.
