This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle on Ebay. I was unable to visually inspect the vehicle but fortunately the seller was very helpful and provided detailed information, photographs, and we exchanged a series of emails and phones calls. Satisfied that the vehicle and seller were valid, my next concern was finding a reputable transport company to safely pick up and transport the 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback from Tennessee to Miami. Upon speaking with Jamie from Safe Cargo Auto Transport, I immediately sensed a high level of comfort due to his professional and courteous treatment. Jamie was very sensitive to my needs and assured me that he works solely with reputable and high rated transporters. Jamie always responded to my phone calls and emails and treated me like a valued customer. Upon taking my order, Jamie immediately contacted a transporter in the vicinity and provided a schedule for pick up and delivery. Recognizing my anxiety to safely receive the Mustang, Jamie took the time to gather updates from the transporter and provide me with the information. Although this rating applies to Jamie and his company, my compliments to the transporter for his part in delivering the Mustang on time and in perfect condition. I strongly urge that you trust Jamie with your transport needs, in particular as it pertains to classic and vintage vehicles. His attention to detail, customer service, pricing, and timing is excellent. I will utilize Safe Cargo Auto Transport for all my future vehicle shipping needs. A+++++++++++
