Not a trustworthy company. They attempted to change the price on the day of pickup. After I didn’t agree, they initially refused to provide a refund of my deposit, since they couldn’t provide the service for the agreed upon price. They eventually agreed to a refund but then ghosted on actually providing the refund. I initiated a chargeback through my credit card which was resolved in my favor. However, upon the successful resolution Roadway Movers then made two unauthorized charges which resulted in me needing to get a new credit card and initiating additional chargebacks. Adam Murphy and Roadway Movers LLC are not honest or trustworthy.
