I worked with Jocelyn Acevedo and Patrick Marino, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. They charged me $715, promised me that RoadRunner was a professional auto transport carrier, and then lied — they are nothing more than a broker. My shipment was quietly handed off to another company without my consent.
The tracking system was completely fake and gave me no real information about my car’s location. In the end, my Porsche was delivered to the WRONG address and released to a random stranger who was not me. I never signed, never authorized, and had to scramble to recover my own vehicle.
When I demanded answers, RoadRunner (including Jocelyn and Patrick) took zero accountability. They simply pushed the blame onto others and refused to make it right.
This company is nothing but dishonest middlemen. They put my property at risk, took my money, and left me with a nightmare.
Avoid RoadRunner at all costs. They cannot be trusted.
