Communication with Roadrunner (Eric Waldman) was terrible.

I experienced significant problems getting Roadrunner (Eric Waldman) to respond to emails and phone calls to them went unanswered, despite calling them during normal business hours. Although Roadrunner initially committed to a specific pickup and delivery date, that date changed without clear or timely communication to me or the seller that was shipping the car to me. I understand and can accept changes to shipments dates and times, but the shipper should communicate those changes to the customer and communicate those changes in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, Eric and Roadrunner did neither.
