I cannot say enough good things about my experience with RoadRunner. The communication during the shipment process was impeccable. I was updated personally by the driver as my car was being transported from Virginia to California. We were in a time crunch to ship my car and Ava was with me every step of the way. Even with covid causing some transportation setbacks, RoadRunner was able to manage and still find a carrier in time that was trustworthy and at the price that was estimated. I was honestly skeptical at first since this was the first time I have shipped my vehicle, but the way RoadRunner handled my transportation case and insured my car got here with ease made all my worries go away. I will be using them again if we move back to the east coast.
