Overall worked well and goal was accomplished - car went from point A to point B.
Some issues… Initial point person named Phil became uncommunicative after first touching base, and did not return calls or emails after that. Never explained whether we should be contacting someone else. I would say this was very strange and I needed to find a new contact method on my own.
Other critique would be that they did not clearly explain how the pick up day May or may not be on the ready date you choose — it can be up to a week difference. Our car was picked up on the ready date in the end, but there was very little notice in terms of when the car would be picked up. The delivery date was also much faster (only 4 days) than the window they provided, which meant that we had to scramble to find someone to receive the car. We had planned our move around the delivery window, so we were surprised that it was not more accurate. We understand that the company does not have full control over these elements, but it does make it very challenging to keep to a timeline. We provided Roadrunner and the dispatch with a new address to deliver the car to, based on the new delivery date but that was not communicated to the truck driver.
However, the truck driver was communicative and took the new address from me directly. The car was shipped with two other cars going to other locations nearby. Delivery went smoothly, although the timing was not very accurate.
