Kelly, we are sorry to hear that things did not run as smoothly as anticipated and for any inconveniences this delay may have caused you. Due to the nature of transport and the unforeseen circumstances that may arise we always express that all dates are estimated. The carrier could not accommodate a last minute reroute to your requested location as drivers’ schedules are planned to be as economical as possible. Additionally, our representatives reserve the right to protect their personal identities as it is not pertinent to the transport of your vehicle.
